Well I always thought they were a good company.. Ill just have to add that to my Crappy Customer Service list... why do good companies get that area so wrong?

Customer service is indeed becoming a lost art, and I like to recognize good customer service when I encounter it (as at the Arizona Biltmore, where we went for Thrillerfest, and where the staff didn't seem to accept that problems weren't opportunities to do better).

Exactly Jeff, everytime I encounter wonderful customer service I always recommend thier product more. If I recieve terrible customer service, I tell everyone I know that they suck. The Biltmore had the right idea, it is exactly how I handled things when I was in customer service especially in the hotel industry.
