It's only notably cheaper at DriveThru if you're getting something else, too. Otherwise, they tack on a "low order fee" that makes it about the same as all the rest.

Sadly, doesn't look like there's anything I can do. To avoid the "low order fee" a book has to be at least 99 cents. So I guess it's pretty much just 99 cents everywhere.
