Who's up for a contest? There's a lot going on lately, in celebration of my 20 years as a novelist. But I can't spread the word about it all myself--I need YOUR help! That's where the contest comes in.
The grand prize is five of my favorite novels: THE SLAB, MISSING WHITE GIRL, RIVER RUNS RED, SEASON OF THE WOLF, and COLD BLACK HEARTS, in beautiful hardcover editions from WordFire Press. Find out more about these five books here.
Here's what they look like:
What do you have to do? That's easy.
1) Create a social media post--Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest (do people still use Pinterest?), or whatever you like best (as long as I can see it without having to join), or write a blog post. Make it about either the RACING THE CLOCK THRILLER BUNDLE (details are here), or YEAR OF THE WICKED (details are here), or both. If you want to go more in-depth, there's more here about MISSING WHITE GIRL, my contribution to the RACING THE CLOCK THRILLER BUNDLE.
2) Get it up by September 2.
3) Then email me a link to your post, tweet, or whatever, at email@example.com.
That's it! As soon as I receive your email and verify the post, you're entered. If you do more than one post, you're entered more times. I'll draw from all the names and contact the winner to get a shipping address, determine whether and how you'd like them signed, etc. Note: I don't actually have the hardcovers of SEASON OF THE WOLF and COLD BLACK HEARTS yet--they're coming in September and October, so I won't ship these until I can send them all. But your copies will be reserved from the moment you win.
ALSO, BONUS ENTRIES! If you post about this contest, linking to this blog entry (here's the permalink: https://blog.jeff-mariotte.com// / , send me that, too! Each of those posts will get you more entries. So spread the word! Post early and often! Let's have a party!
